These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PeppMD, including the PeppMD application, website, and related features and services. By accessing or using PeppMD, you agree to these Terms.

 

Informational and Educational Purpose

 

PeppMD is an informational, educational, organizational, calculation, and tracking tool.

 

PeppMD does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, prescribe for, or recommend treatment for any disease, condition, or individual.

 

Information provided through PeppMD should not be used as a substitute for advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.

 

Use of PeppMD does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, or other healthcare professional relationship.

 

User-Entered Information

 

PeppMD allows users to enter information including compounds, vial contents, concentrations, diluent volumes, doses, schedules, inventory information, and other data.

 

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into PeppMD.

 

Calculations and other outputs may depend directly on those values. Incorrect, incomplete, or misunderstood input may therefore produce incorrect or inappropriate output.

 

PeppMD does not determine what compound, medication, dose, schedule, route, combination, or treatment is medically appropriate for you.

 

Calculators

 

PeppMD includes mathematical tools that may calculate values such as concentration, injection volume, syringe units, remaining supply, or related quantities based on information entered by the user.

 

These calculations are mathematical outputs based on the values supplied and are not prescribing recommendations or determinations of an appropriate dose.

 

Users are responsible for verifying relevant information and calculations before relying upon them.

 

Compatibility Checker

 

PeppMD may provide compatibility and interaction reference information for selected compounds.

 

The Compatibility Checker may identify documented combinations, documented interactions, shared pathway activity, regulatory information, limited evidence, preclinical evidence, community-reported use, or situations in which human interaction or physical compatibility information has not been identified.

 

The absence of a documented interaction does not establish compatibility or safety.

 

Information that two compounds have been studied, administered, or reported together does not necessarily establish that they are safe or appropriate to use together.

 

Evidence regarding concurrent use also does not establish that compounds are physically compatible in the same syringe or vial.

 

Same-time administration, same-syringe compatibility, and same-vial compatibility are separate questions and may require different evidence.

 

Compatibility Checker information is provided for educational and reference purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation to use, combine, mix, discontinue, or modify any compound or treatment.

 

Peptide Library and Scientific Information

 

PeppMD may provide educational information about peptides, medications, investigational compounds, biological pathways, research findings, regulatory information, and related topics.

 

Scientific knowledge changes over time. Research may be incomplete, conflicting, preliminary, preclinical, or subsequently revised.

 

PeppMD does not guarantee that every available study, interaction, safety concern, regulatory development, or scientific publication is represented within the application.

 

Investigational and Non-Approved Compounds

 

PeppMD may contain educational or organizational information concerning compounds that are investigational, experimental, not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for a particular use, or not approved for human use.

 

The inclusion of a compound in PeppMD does not constitute endorsement, approval, recommendation, or a representation that the compound is safe, effective, legal, or appropriate for any particular use.

 

Stacks, Blends, Schedules, and Tracking

 

Features that allow users to organize compounds into stacks or blends, create schedules, log doses, maintain inventory, or visualize information are organizational tools.

 

The existence of these features does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any particular combination, regimen, schedule, dose, or method of administration.

 

Community and Anecdotal Information

 

Where PeppMD identifies community-reported or anecdotal use, such information is presented separately from scientific or clinical evidence.

 

Community use or anecdotal reports do not establish safety, effectiveness, sterility, physical compatibility, or medical appropriateness.

 

Third-Party and Source Information

 

PeppMD may reference scientific publications, regulatory materials, prescribing information, websites, or other third-party sources.

 

Third-party information is controlled by its respective authors or organizations and may change over time. References are provided for informational purposes and do not imply endorsement by PeppMD.

 

No Guarantee of Completeness

 

PeppMD is designed to provide useful organizational and educational information, but no database can contain every possible interaction, formulation issue, contraindication, research finding, or individual circumstance.

 

Information may be incomplete, unavailable, outdated, or subject to scientific uncertainty.

 

You should not interpret the absence of information within PeppMD as evidence that no risk, interaction, or compatibility issue exists.

Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to misuse PeppMD, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with operation of the service, reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law, or use PeppMD in violation of applicable law.

 

Availability and Changes

 

PeppMD may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the application evolves.

 

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the application or any particular feature.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PeppMD is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

PeppMD does not warrant that information or calculations will be error-free, complete, current, or suitable for any particular medical or personal purpose.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PeppMD and its owners, developers, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon PeppMD.

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

 

Changes to These Terms

 

These Terms may be updated as PeppMD evolves. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

 

Continued use of PeppMD after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
